My role was to lead and execute a localised rebrand strategy for Dignity’s local Funeral Director network, reducing the overall volume of brands from 650+ to 250, employing an in-house creative team, leading creative execution for both print and digital overhauls, educating stakeholders and making continuous improvements to new approaches using data driven analytics.
